busy, busy, busy

Tomorrow, Manny is one. I can’t believe it. It seems like so long ago but yet like yesterday.

I have been busy planning Ben’s birthday party. I made the slideshow, got his picture mounted on a matte to be signed, and ordered his smash cake. I am so excited to see everyone, people won’t believe how big Ben has gotten.

Tomorrow, Ben and I are heading down to Pleasanton to have him re cultured. UCSF has a sister clinic and it’s a bit closer then UCSF. UCSF is in the heart of San Francisco and it takes me about 30 minutes from the time I enter the city to the time I check in. It can get pretty crazy so I’m glad to have have a clinic closer. I’m bringing our team, cookies and pastries as a thank you for making it through our first year without IV’s or hospital stays. They have been so good to us, we are thankful to have them as our CF team!
